Tadalafil [Sildenafil] Description
Sidenafil Citrate is a white to off-white crystalline powder. It is a powerful inhibitor of cGMP specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). With it, normal sexual stimulation leads to increased levels of cGMP, causing muscle relaxation in the corpus cavernosum, leading to increased inflow of blood, and it is thus useful for treating impotency.
Uses of Tadalafil
It is the first effective oral medication for treating erectile dysfunction in men, but it is not for women or children.
